Overview
InboxSweep Personal and Pro are one-time lifetime purchases processed by Lemon Squeezy. Refunds are handled under this policy and Lemon Squeezy's merchant terms.
Eligibility
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on paid licenses if:
- You purchased directly through our official Lemon Squeezy checkout links, and
- You contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your order email or license key, and
- You describe the issue (e.g. extension won't activate, critical bug blocking use).
Refunds are generally not available after 14 days, for change-of-mind after extensive use, or when a license key has been shared or abused.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] with subject: `InboxSweep refund request`
- Include: purchase email, date, and license key (if issued)
- We will confirm with Lemon Squeezy and respond within 5 business days
Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. License keys are deactivated after a full refund.

The Free tier has no charge and no refund applies.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in license revocation.
