This Privacy Policy describes how TubeRadar ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the TubeRadar Chrome extension and related services.

What we collect

  • Account info: email address via Google Sign-In
  • Usage data: feature usage counts (audits, mines, captures) for billing
  • Content you save: swipe board captures, audit results, notes and tags you add
  • Page data: title, thumbnail URL, description, and comments extracted from YouTube pages you visit while using the extension
  • Telemetry: error logs to improve reliability (module name, error message)

What we do NOT collect

  • YouTube watch history beyond pages you actively interact with
  • Passwords (authentication is via Google OAuth)
  • Payment card details (handled by Stripe)

How we use data

  • Provide packaging audits, comment mining, and board features
  • Enforce plan limits and billing
  • Improve selector reliability when YouTube changes its UI
  • Fix bugs via error telemetry

Third parties

  • Supabase — authentication and database
  • DeepSeek — AI analysis (page metadata sent for audits/mining; no full watch history)
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Google — OAuth authentication

Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active.

You can delete boards and captures from within the extension.

You can permanently delete your entire account (including all boards, captures, audits, comment mines, usage history, and profile) at any time from Settings → Delete account. If you have an active subscription it will be canceled immediately.

You can also request full account deletion by emailing [email protected].

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
