Getting started
Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store, open any YouTube page, and click the TubeRadar icon to open the side panel. Sign in with Google to sync your boards and usage.
Billing & plans
Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from Plan & billing inside the extension. Payments are processed by Stripe. For refund requests, include your account email and Stripe receipt.
Delete your account
Settings → Delete account in the extension permanently removes your data and cancels any active subscription immediately.
Report a bug
If something breaks — especially after a YouTube UI change — email [email protected] with a screenshot, the page URL, and what you expected to happen.

- The side panel won't open
- Make sure you're on youtube.com or studio.youtube.com. Reload the page and click the extension icon again. Check that the extension has permission for the active tab.
- My plan didn't update after checkout
- Close the Stripe return tab and reopen the TubeRadar side panel. Plan sync usually takes a few seconds. If it persists after 5 minutes, email support with your receipt.
- Overlays aren't showing
- Open Settings in the side panel and ensure overlays are enabled. Free plan shows VPH on watch pages only; Starter+ enables overlays everywhere.
