We want you to feel safe when you upgrade to SocialCopilot Pro. This page explains refunds and cancellations.
14-day refund — no questions asked
Full refund within 14 days for Pro Monthly, Pro Annual, and Pro Lifetime. Consistent with EU withdrawal rights; we honour 14 days including Pro Lifetime as a customer-friendly default.
How to request a refund

We confirm and process the refund through Stripe within 2 business days.
Stripe returns funds to your original payment method — bank processing usually takes 3–10 additional business days.

Beyond 14 days
Refunds are at our discretion. We routinely refund:
- •Accidental duplicate purchases.
- •Billing errors (wrong plan, charged after cancellation).
- •Pro Lifetime customers with a critical bug we cannot resolve in reasonable time.
- •Genuine misunderstandings, not attempts to game the system.
Email [email protected] with details and your Stripe receipt number. Reply within 2 business days.
Cancelling a subscription
- •From the extension: Account Settings → Manage subscription (Stripe portal).
- •From your receipt email: click "Manage subscription".
Cancellation stops future charges. Pro access continues until period end. We do not pro-rate — email us if you cancelled by mistake early in a renewal.
Chargebacks
Contact us first at [email protected]. Chargebacks before contacting us may result in termination. We may decline future purchases after frequent chargebacks.
Termination and refunds
No refunds for accounts terminated for Acceptable Use Policy breach (§3 of Terms) — including spam, harassment, fraud, scraping in violation of platform terms, removing safeguards, or unlawful activity. We notify you before terminating where reasonable.
